Bydureon BCise

I joined the Bydureon team for the launch of Bydureon BCise. We created materials for DTC, HCP and internal Bydureon and AstraZeneca teams. The idea behind the launch was to unwrap and reveal the new sleek and simpler device with the same type 2 diabetes medication. The design was minimalistic to reinforce the simplicity of the new device. I brought that same style through the launch and new branded materials.

During the launch

While the launch was underway we created multiple types of media pieces for comparing the old device and the new. These projects were mainly print materials for healthcare providers to distribute to their patients. We also created icons to show the 3 simple steps to use Bydureon BCise. The icons were used in both healthcare providers and consumer materials.

Internal materials

Also during the launch, the internal Bydureon and AstraZeneca teams were trained using our 3 simple steps. There was a live demo where participants were given a punch card to learn the three steps with an instructor and our visual aids. Prizes were awarded to winners but everyone had the chance to pick up some of my minimalistic designed buttons as swag.

Interactive Virtual Aid (IVA)

I was a part of a design team that worked on all of the launch projects for Bydureon BCise. I pulled all print materials’ charts, imagery and assets and created the digital equivalent and adjusted for the IVA’s horizontal layout.

Banner and Email

Throughout working on the BCise team we made banner ads and emails for launch and conferences. I also designed emails for a post launch CRM program for patients who switched over to Bydureon BCise.

Core Claims Booklet

Playbook

RTCF Brochure

Some of the print materials I created for the launch and afterward were the Core Claims Booklet, Playbook and Responding to Customer Feedback Brochure (RTCF Brochure). Each material was utilized differently depending on the Bydureon Representatives’ preference. All were available upon request and supplied to Healthcare Providers as well as at conferences.
